About the job:
The candidate will be responsible for working with our team to build a qualified workforce of field staff while excelling in customer service. Candidate should excel at managing diverse cultures and working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls and field staff interaction.
Ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of recruiting and customer service experience preferably in a blue-collar environment
Salary
Salary is dependent upon experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sources and pre-screens candidates
- Posts and updates open jobs on various recruiting platforms. Responds to candidate responses the same day.
- Schedules and prepares candidates for interviews
- Greet and assist with all visitors and callers. Returns voicemails and emails timely
- Inputs accurate documentation of field staff and client activities, calls, and messages
- Proactively solves problems with clients, field staff, and team members.
- Assist in client and candidate relationship management
- Participates in weekly branch meetings to brainstorm on best practices
- Participates in training programs as required
- Participates in rotation of on-call schedule and responds to all calls according to standards
- Helps maintain a clean office environment
- Builds influential candidate relationships during the selection process

REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Works independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to multitask
- Basic computer skills
- Bilingual with good communication skills in English and Spanish
- Good listener
- Detail-oriented
- Team player
- Ability to work flexible hours
